But Spectrum wasn’t just about business; it was about community. One of the highlights was the Spectrum Food Drive, where attendees and sponsors came together to make a difference. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, 146 lbs of food and $2,280 were donated to the Wichita Center for Family & Community, which serves the North Clackamas School District by providing essential resources like food, clothing, housing, and after-school programs. It’s heartwarming to see how the multifamily industry can come together to support those in need.
